This was one of our free improvisations, recorded as part of a free-wheeling session on the 2nd and final day of recording. The creative process involved someone in the quartet suggesting a piece title or an idea on which to base the improvisation. Sometimes an object in the room was chosen, such as someone's sunnies or the bottle of wine we were drinking. It was a lot of fun. All these 'free pieces' are the product of the one (and only) takes we did of them. With the exception of one overdubbed chord, there were no second chances. In the end, we decided to include all the pieces recorded that afternoon on the album, in part, to create an honest document of our creative process.
